Established in 1989 as a builder of single-family homes, Suburban has expanded into a full-service residential/commercial development and property management company. Through a combination of strategic property development and acquisitions, we have grown our real estate portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to over $40,000,000 in assets located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Florida.
